We provide an efficient and professional service with a specific focus on the needs of you, the Client. At the initial meeting we will explain in clear and concise terms the steps involved in the sale. We will then provide you with a written quotation detailing all fees and other outlay involved in the sale.
As your solicitor we will be responsible for drafting the contract for the sale of the property and answering any queries which a purchaser’s solicitor may have. Only when you meet with us to sign the Contract does it become binding.
We will then prepare all closing documentation which the purchaser’s solicitor will require to transfer the property to their Client and again we will require you to sign these. Once we have received the balance purchase monies from the purchaser’s solicitor, we will hand over the closing documents and the keys and the sale will be complete.
If you have a mortgage on the property, we will pay the balance due on it and arrange to have the mortgage vacated. The balance of the proceeds will then be paid to you.
Throughout the process we will provide you with regular updates on how the sale is progressing.
